Asian cuisine comprises of many small things which are not available anywhere else in the world except for Asia. The countries of Asia is said to have a large number of ancient history and culture. Central Asian Cuisine

Central Asia adopts its recipes from Mongolian culture. So, the famous food includes mainly non-vegetarian food which contains an enormous amount of seafood dishes. However, other non-vegetarian things like chicken and mutton have also gained popularity in the central area. Moreover, the trademark item of the central Asian countries is yogurt.

East Asian Cuisine

East Asia includes countries like Japan, China, Taiwan, and Korea. All these countries are rich in ancient civilization, and their food is carried forward from generations. Northern Asia

North Asian countries share their borders with Russian, and so their food is inspired by Russian cuisine. A type of meat called Pelmeni is the famous food in the northern area. Moreover, people store Pelmeni in frozen form to consume it later when the weather is too cold for them to move around and shop for food. Seafood and wines are also famous in this area to get a bit of the warmth in snowy winters.

Western Asia

The western area of the continent consists of different type of food such as olives, dates, chickpeas, mint, honey, and parsley. The items are popular in other areas of the world but not in any other area of Asia. So, these items are commonly included in the Asian cuisines to make the food tastier.

South Asia

South Asia includes countries such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, and Nepal. The southern area is famous for spices such as sesame seeds, chillies, garlic, ginger and dried onions which are a speciality of this area in the world. However, Asian cuisine of south Asia has very spiced food. Moreover, some people try the kitchen not only to experience different food but also to eat spicy food. However, non-veg items would not include beef as cow are considered to be holy by Hindus of the area.

Thus, Asian cuisine a mixture of many countries culture and food. Moreover, the consumption of grains, such as wheat, maize, and barley is higher in Asia.
