The veggies required to make your best Asian salad are:

White cabbage thinly sliced

Red cabbage thinly sliced

Red bell pepper cut into thin slices

Carrots cut into strips

Chopped sugar snap peas

Green onions chopped

1tbsp cilantro chopped

Edamame tossed in creamy peanut

Shredded kale

1tbsp sesame seeds

Few cashews toasted and chopped

½ cup of noodles fried

The richness of the Asian salad is veggies. First, you have to toast the cashews and chop them, wash and chop all the veggies you prefer, place all the chopped veggies in a bowl and sprinkle the chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, chopped cashews, and the fried noodles, if you prefer more crunchiness you can add almonds which are toasted and chopped into pieces, season it will salt and black pepper and stir the mixture well and put it aside till you prepare the dressing mixture.

Sesame seed dressing- 1tbsp of orange juice or orange zest, 1tbsp sesame seeds, ½tbsp sriracha, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp of lemon juice. Mix all these ingredients well in a jar and dress on the Asian salad in the bowl and mix the mixture completely, so the flavor of the dressing reaches till the bottom of the bowl.

Vinegar flavored dressing- take a jar to fill it with sesame oil, add 4tbsp of honey, 3tbsp.

Of lemon juice, juice of ginger with an added pinch of salt and pepper, now seal the jar and shake it well, and once it is incorporated, pour the mixture on the Asian salad and stir the salad.

Take a jar and add 2tbsp of peanut butter, 2tbsp of water, 2tbsp of soy sauce, 1tbsp of sesame seeds, 1tbsp of grape seed oil, 1tbsp of rice wine vinegar, 1tbsp of honey, 1/2tbsp of lime juice, and garlic juice, mix the ingredients well and add the peanut dressing to the Asian salad to give it a creamy texture.

Once the dressing ingredients are added to the Asian salad, toss the whole stuff very well and top or garnish the salad with few chopped cashews and sesame seeds. There are even a few ingredients which can be used to top up the salad like

Nuts and seeds- Peanuts, black sesame seeds, cashews, almonds add up the salad’s crunchy texture.

Proteins- Grilled chicken, pork, fried bacon, shrimp, smoked salmon, and eggs will work great with a salad.

Veggies- broccoli, cucumber, zucchini, soybeans, and asparagus.
