6 mined red chili peppers

1/4 cup sugar

5 minced garlic cloves

1/4 cup rice vinegar

4 Tbsp. store-bought fish sauce

Juice of 2 lemons

Method

Take all ingredients except for lime juice in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir well and continue doing so until the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the flame and cool the sauce. Stir in lemon juice, mix well, and serve.

Thai Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

4 oz. rice noodles

2 Tbsp. sesame oil

3 Tbsp. red curry paste

2 shredded carrots

1 chopped chicken breast

½ diced bell pepper 

1 container of chicken broth

2 minced garlic cloves

1 can of coconut milk

1 diced onion

Salt and pepper

Method

Heat oil and add the vegetables. Once the veggies are tender, add chicken. Cook it for 7-10 minutes. Pour in the broth along with milk, curry paste, and spices. Let the soup come to a boil and then add the noodles. Give the soup a boil again and then cook on simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame, cover the utensil and let noodles sit for 10 minutes or until tender.

Ingredients (per ball)

2 oz. cooked Japanese rice

1/2 Nori seaweed sheet
